I have worked with two presidents, celebrities, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, universities, and non-profits. Early in my career, I started on Wall Street as a broker, syndicate underwriter, and as an analyst with firms such as Morgan Stanley, FGI Finance, and Joseph Gunnar. Then, The White House as a campaign strategist. Now, I am a licensed realtor in Florida, focusing on pre-construction properties and am also a Chief Disorganization Officer & Digital Content Strategist, specializing in creating engaging content that yields a return on investment through controlling searches across Google and corporate brand restructure.

I walk you through how to schedule appointments from an admin perspective, to allow for clients to easily schedule classes, receive text message and email reminders, along with attaching invoicing software. I illustrate how social workers in NYC (on the backend using Acuity) can schedule appointments, view clients, setup and accept payments for sessions, import notes, and view invoices, while receiving notifications in real time regarding appointments that have been made for court related appointments. This was done for all five boroughs in NYC, and was used by dozens of social workers, judges, lawyers, and clients of Comprehensive Family & Therapeutic Services (CFS & CTS).
